Announcing: NAIOP Developing Leaders 2019 Mentorship Program, Greater Philadelphia Chapter

Overview:

Since 1967, NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, has become the leading organization for developers, owners and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate. NAIOP comprises 18,000+ members and provides strong advocacy, education and business opportunities through a powerful North American network.

The Greater Philadelphia Chapter’s mentorship program will be a small group focused on touring/introducing new projects, educating about different market sectors, and providing personalized networking. Each session will feature a project and a mentor who will give background on their career and educate about a project.

In lieu of matching mentees with mentors, one to one, we will facilitate introductions to multiple people with similar interests and career aspirations and let mentoring relationships develop organically.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for the up and coming players in the Philadelphia Commercial Real Estate business. The ideal nominee should be motivated, dynamic, and an enthusiastic young professional looking to advance their real estate career by gaining valuable insight into exciting projects and gaining relationships with both their peers and the mentors. Our focus is on commercial brokers and developers, but we will accept nominations from all Commercial Real Estate industries, including supporting services. It is anticipated that 15-20 mentees will be selected.
