HIGH SCHOOL
NAIOP-Drexel Summer Program for High School Students
Applications are now OPEN for the 2024 NAIOP-Drexel Summer Real Estate Program.
Our award-winning program is open to rising high school juniors and seniors of color, allowing for early career exploration in commercial real estate.
We partner with Drexel University to host a 10-day experience for students. Tour commercial real estate projects around the city, take classes with industry leaders, network, and enjoy the camaraderie of students interested in similar topics.
By fostering opportunities for individual students of color, this program is creating generational change by facilitating a more diverse pipeline for commercial real estate talent.

College Internships and Externships
Exploring a career in commercial real estate? Our internship and externship programs for college students of color provide an unmatched hands-on experience. NAIOP Greater Philadelphia partners with leading commercial real estate companies to offer this experience for students.
Graduates of our NAIOP-Drexel Summer Program can attend the annual Externship Program during winter break – a day filled with property tours, unique education sessions, and networking.
During the summer, our paid internship program for college juniors and seniors is a 10-week practical experience in your area of interest.
